Services

Foxtrot Technologies sets up CRM systems, automations, websites or landing pages, A2P text-message registration and, on request, integrations, as described in the proposal you accept.

Fees

Our standard package is a one-off setup fee of US$1,000, with an optional US$150 integrations add-on, unless your proposal says otherwise. Fees are due as stated on your invoice. Third-party software subscriptions, such as your CRM platform, phone numbers and messaging fees, are billed separately by those providers.

Your responsibilities

You provide accurate information, the access we need (shared securely, never by plain email), and timely feedback. You are responsible for how you use the system once launched, including getting proper consent before messaging your own customers.

A2P registration

We prepare and submit your registration, but approval is decided by the carriers and the platform, and we can't guarantee it.

Support

We provide 30 days of support after launch for fixes and small changes. Further work is quoted separately.

Liability

We're not liable for indirect losses, or for outages and changes in third-party platforms we don't control. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the services in question.
